UPDATE (12/12/2018 6 PM) – Ayr Mount will reopen on Thursday, December 13 for regularly scheduled tours. Please note the last tour of the season is on Saturday, December 15. Ayr Mount House and Grounds are closed until further notice due to complications from this weekend’s snow storm. We hope to reopen by Thursday for our final week of tours this season. We are pleased to report that at the end of 2017, Dick Jenrette made a charitable gift to CAHPT of the land and outbuildings surrounding Millford Plantation in Pinewood, South Carolina. Mr. Jenrette donated the main house and land on which it sits to CAHPT in 2008, and we have been maintaining the house and administering tours and programs there since. Mr. Jenrette has now given his remaining land and buildings on the property to the organization.
